Holiday Recipe: Pup-kin Spice Biscuits

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine pumpkin, eggs, and peanut butter.
  3. Add cinnamon.
  4. Slowly mix in the flour.
  5. Use silicone treat baking tray, or roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.
